Yes, absolutely. I would like to turn this into a full-fledged gameblog, so I will be looking for writers (or just contributed articles) after I’ve got a few more parts of the TF2 piece up.
I will be looking for writers and writing about games with a good grasp of aesthetics, history, literature, or art. And I’d like to hear from writers within other fandoms, as well. I think, over time, this blog will evolve into whatever it needs to be, but I will always keep the focus on aesthetics, and in particular, the failings of the game industry, so far, to produce anything that could be called art, with a very few notable exceptions.
I love games, and so should any future SCUMM Manifesto writers. But it needs to be a tough love.
